Chris Marson

Chris Marson was born in Grass Valley, CA, and has resided in the foothill area throughout his life. He started his fire career with Cal Fire in 2002 as a seasonal firefighter, and was later promoted to engineer paramedic in San Mateo County. He was hired with YDFD in 2009 as a firefighter / paramedic.

Having participated in numerous sports such as football, baseball and basketball, he enjoys the fire service because of the teamwork that is necessary to accomplish goals and objectives.
